Your First Visit
Your first appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Treatment procedures can be initiated on the same day as the consultation. However, in case of a complex medical history or treatment, a second appointment maybe required to provide the necessary treatment.
Our goal is to make our patients as comfortable as possible during their treatment. This includes giving you a choice in music to listen to during your dental procedure. If you have a particular preference, let us know in advance and we will be happy to play it for you. We also provide orthopaedic pillows to support your back and neck, if needed, during treatment.
* Additional x-rays may be taken in our clinic if needed for diagnosis and treatment planning. These images will be mailed to you on the same day
Please bring the following at the time of your first visit-
- Any previous X-rays * (digital or hard copy), CBCT scans if applicable *. If time allows- please email us the x-rays prior to your visit at summitdentalclinic@gmail.com
- A detailed list of all the medications you are currently taking. (Please alert our staff/ doctors if you have a medical condition/ on medication that maybe a concern prior to treatment)
- To save your time in the dental clinic- please feel free to fill our CASE HISTORY form beforehand and bring a printout for your first visit or email them to us at summitdentalclinic@gmail.com
